England defeated West Indies by 241 runs within the second Check at Trent Bridge on Sunday to take an undisputed 2-0 lead within the three-match sequence. West Indies posted a 385-run win, dropping all 10 wickets in 23 overs on day 4 to fall to 143, with 20-year-old off-spinner Shoaib Bashir taking 5-41 in Exams Finest rating. Earlier, Yorkshire duo Joe Root (122) and Harry Brooke (109) each hit lots of in England’s second innings of 425. After that, it really led by 41 factors.
