Nobody was injured in a hearth that broke out within the canteen of a cinema in central Mumbai’s Dadar space on Sunday afternoon, a hearth official stated.
Theater administration stated operations will resume after security inspections are accomplished.
The official stated that the hearth broke out within the canteen of the single-screen Chitra Cinema round 3.15 pm and was extinguished in 10 minutes.
He stated fireplace engines and water vehicles had been put into use and moviegoers and employees had been requested to evacuate the scene.
Nobody was injured and the precise reason for the hearth has not been decided, the official stated.
Later, an official from Chitra Cinema thanked the hearth brigade for his or her fast and efficient response and evacuated the theater as a precautionary measure.
The official stated in an announcement that nobody was injured within the fireplace and apologized for “any inconvenience which will have been brought on.”
“Our groups are working intently with the related authorities to hold out complete fireplace security inspections to make sure our premises meet all required security requirements,” the assertion learn.
Cinema officers stated they’re taking mandatory measures to forestall such incidents from taking place sooner or later.
