The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Friday extradited Tarsem Singh, a key affiliate of terrorist Harwinder Sandhu alias Rinda and Lakhbir Landa, from the UAE.
Singh, the brother of Lakhbir Landa and a member of the Babar Khalsa Worldwide (BKI) terrorist group, was arrested in Abu Dhabi in November 2023. He’s wished on a non-bailable arrest warrant.
Singh was introduced again to India on Friday after finishing the required extradition proceedings. The NIA investigation revealed that Singh performed a key position in funneling terror funds to Linda and Landa’s associates in India and that he used numerous strategies to facilitate these transfers.
The case, registered by the Nationwide Intelligence Company on August 20, 2022, includes a number of banned terror teams together with the Khalistan Liberation Military (KLF), BKI and the Worldwide Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF), all of which Concerned in arms smuggling, drug trafficking and different felony actions to fund its operations.
