Navi Mumbai police have registered a case in opposition to a person for allegedly taking photos of a lady whereas she was taking a shower, an official mentioned on Friday.
The accused Varprasad Ratnaraj Katikadla, a resident of Morbe in Panvel taluka, allegedly dedicated the crime on August 7, however the girl didn’t study it till Thursday. He mentioned she then reported the incident to police.
In accordance with the FIR, the accused climbed over the pipe and filmed the girl taking a shower in her residence on the second ground.
A police officer from Panvel taluka police station mentioned that Katikadla has been booked below Part 77 (Peeping) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita.
