
The Minnesota Twins positioned outfielder Max Kepler on the 10-day injured listing Thursday with left patellar tendonitis.
The crew drafted outfielder DaShawn Keirsey Jr. from Triple-A St. Pauls and bought left-handed pitcher Kody Funderburk (left indirect pressure) in a corresponding commerce. Transferred to the 60-day injured listing.
Kepler, 31, is hitting .253 with a house run and 42 RBIs in 105 video games this season, his tenth season with Minnesota.
Kelce, 27, has but to make his main league debut. He hit .292 with 14 residence runs, 75 RBIs and 36 steals in 103 video games with the Saints this season.
Funderburk, 27, has not performed since July 12. And had a save.
