Authoritarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban urged Trump violated the Logan Act by reiterating that he advised Putin he would lower off funding to Ukraine if he returned to the White Home.

Orban says within the video above that Trump promised Putin that if he returned to the White Home, the U.S. wouldn’t contribute one other penny to the warfare in Ukraine. If Trump made such a promise, he can be violating the Logan Act.
