Former President Donald Trump could have been hit by gunfire at a rally Saturday in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Reporters heard quite a few gunshots and Secret Service brokers rushed to the stage. Video captured by CBS Information confirmed Trump touching his ears after which squatting on the bottom. Some blood may very well be seen on his face.
Trump was taken away by a motorcade. He raised his fists as he entered the SUV.
A senior administration official confirmed to CBS Information that the previous president is protected.
“We’ve got applied safety measures. Additional investigation into the matter is ongoing,” the official mentioned.
