Two males posing as DTE Power utility staff murdered an aged man and tied up his spouse with duct tape in an upscale Detroit suburb.
Carlos Jose Hernandez, 37, of Dearborn, Miss., and an unknown suspect entered Friday morning after displaying faux badges and pretend work orders Residence in Rochester Hills.
