
LSU cornerback Javian Toviano turned himself in to authorities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Sunday after a warrant was issued for his arrest on suspicion of video voyeurism.
Toviano is accused of filming himself having intercourse with a lady with out her consent, in response to an arrest warrant. The girl instructed police that Toviano had videotaped them having intercourse with out her consent up to now and that she made it clear to him that she didn’t wish to be recorded.
The girl mentioned a clock with a built-in digital camera subsequent to her mattress recorded the movies, which she later found on Toviano’s iPad. Toviano admitted in an interview with detectives that he used a hidden digital camera for this objective.
LSU suspended Toviano from all crew actions, in response to a press release. LSU’s preseason coaching camp begins Aug. 1.
Toviano, a top-100 recruit within the Class of 2023, appeared in 13 video games as a freshman, recording 33 tackles, one go breakup and one fumble reception.
