Sources advised Enterprise At the moment that the central authorities has stepped in after a surge in shopper complaints over service points at e-scooter maker Ola Electrical.
From September 1, 2023 to August 30, 2024, the Nationwide Shopper Helpline beneath the Ministry of Shopper Affairs has registered 10,644 complaints relating to faulty companies of Ola e-scooters.
Shares of Ola Electrical fell almost 9% right now to an intraday low of Rs 90.26 as public criticism mounted. These included a heated alternate on social media between Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal and comic Kunal Kamra, who had posted about Ola’s electrical vehicles query.
