Sphen, the gentoo penguin who died in Australia on the age of 11, was one of many world’s well-known same-sex “energy {couples}”.
In 2018, he and his accomplice Magic fell in love at Sydney’s Sea Life Aquarium and have become international stars. They later adopted and raised two chicks.
